¾ c. sparkling wine, plus additional for serving
7 or 8 Basket & Bushel strawberries, , trimmed and sliced or halved; plus additional whole strawberries for garnish
15 Basket & Bushel red raspberries

Directions

  1. Combine orange juice and 3/4 cup sparkling wine in a 2-cup glass measuring cup; set aside.

  2. Divide strawberries and raspberries among 15 (1-in.-sq.) ice cube silicone molds. Gently pour orange juice mixture into fruit-filled molds; freeze overnight.

  3. Remove frozen cubes from molds and place in glasses. Pour additional sparkling wine over cubes, if desired. Garnish glass rims with whole strawberries, if desired.
