    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee quick cooking oats
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee 2% reduced-fat milk
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee picante sauce, divided
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee taco seasoning mix
    4 oz. 90% lean ground beef

    Directions

    1. Place 1/2 cup frozen corn in a 12-oz. microwave-safe mug. Combine quick-cooking oats, milk, 1 tablespoon picante sauce, and taco seasoning in a medium bowl. Add ground beef; combine mixture well. Place meat on top of corn in mug. Spoon remaining 1 tablespoon frozen corn on top.

    2. Microwave on HIGH for 2-1/2 to 3 minutes or until meat is cooked through (165 degrees). Spoon remaining 1 tablespoon picante sauce on top and garnish with remaining 1 tablespoon cooked corn.
