Infused vodka can be made with different fruits, vegetables, and hot peppers. But this refreshing melon version is always a favorite—it's a summer happy hour just waiting to happen.
Servings and Ingredients
|2 c. vodka|
|1 c. chopped cantaloupe or honeydew melon|
- Add vodka and chopped melon to a container with a tight-fitting lid. Cover and shake a few times. Let stand at room temperature overnight. Strain before using; discard melon.
