Melon, Feta and Cucumber Skewers

Servings and Ingredients
|20||(1-inch) seedless watermelon cubes (about 2 1/2 cups)|
|20||(1-inch) cubes feta cheese (8 oz)|
|20||(1-inch) cubes seedless cucumber|
|Pink Himalayan salt and cracked black pepper, to taste|
- Thread 1 melon cube, 1 feta cheese cube and 1 cucumber cube onto each of 20 (4-inch) wooden skewers. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
