1 tsp. fresh gingerroot, grated
½ tsp. ground turmeric
Orange, sliced, for garnish

Directions

  1. Place coconut water, mango chunks, carrot, fresh orange juice, maple syrup, grated gingerroot, and turmeric in a blender. Cover and blend until smooth.
