|⅓ c. Hy-Vee finely shredded Mexican cheese|

Stir together chicken and desired filling in a small bowl. Spread chicken mixture on 4 tortilla hearts. Top with cheese and remaining tortilla hearts.
Spray a griddle or large nonstick skillet with nonstick spray; heat over medium heat. Place filled tortilla hearts on griddle or in skillet; cook quesadillas for 3 to 4 minutes or until cheese is melted and tortilla is crisp, turning halfway through. Serve with sour cream.
