|1 ½ c.||baby carrots, halved|
|1 ½ c.||cauliflower florets|
|1 ½ c.||summer squash, sliced|
|½ c.||red onion, cut into wedges|
|2 tbsp.||Hy-Vee butter, melted|
|1 tsp.||Hy-Vee honey|
|1 tbsp.||fresh thyme leaves|
|Hy-Vee salt and black pepper, to taste|

- Aluminum foil
- Charcoal or gas grill
- Prepare an 18x12-inch double layer of foil. Toss together carrots, cauliflower, summer squash, red onion, melted butter, honey, thyme and salt and pepper.
Place mixture in center of foil, bring short ends of foil together and fold twice to seal. Fold in the sides to seal, leaving room inside for steam to build.
