Preheat a gas or charcoal grill with a greased grill rack for direct cooking over medium heat acording to manufacturer's directions.

Servings and Ingredients
|2 ½ tbsp. jerk seasoning|
|4 (4-oz.) boneless top loin pork chops, 1/2-inch thick|
|4 tsp. Hy-Vee canola oil, divided|
|4 fresh pineapple slices|
|4 Hy-Vee Bakery Hy-Waiian buns, split and toasted|
|4 bibb lettuce leaves|
|1 c. Hy-Vee fresh mango salsa|

Pat pork chops dry with paper towels. Rub chops with 2 teaspoons canola oil. Sprinkle and rub jerk seasoning on each side of pork chops. Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes.
Grill pork chops for 8 to 12 minutes or until done (145 degrees), turning halfway through. Brush pineapple with remaining 2 teaspoons oil; grill about 6 minutes or until charred, turning halfway through.
Serve pork chops in buns with lettuce and topped with pineapple slices and salsa.
