    Directions

    1. Freeze 5 honeydew melon balls for at least 1 hour.

    2. Muddle together chopped honeydew, lime juice, mint leaves, and sugar in an 8-oz. cocktail glass.

    3. Add frozen melon balls, crushed ice, lime slices, and Malibu rum. Stir gently.
