Grape and Tortellini Fruit Salad

1 (19 oz) pkg frozen Hy-Vee three cheese tortellini | ||
1 ½ c. halved seedless red grapes | ||
1 Gala apple, diced | ||
1 (15 oz) can Hy-Vee mandarin oranges, drained | ||
¼ c. Sunkist Almond Accents | ||
1 (8 oz) container Hy-Vee lowfat lemon yogurt | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee lite salad dressing | ||
2 tbsp. honey |
Directions
- Cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine pasta, grapes, apple, oranges and almonds.
- In a small bowl, combine yogurt, salad dressing and honey. Pour over pasta mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
