1 c. Hy-Vee old fashioned oatmeal
¼ c. ground flaxseed
¾ c. Hy-Vee mini chocolate chips
¼ c. M&M's
1 c. Hy-Vee creamy peanut butter
¼ c. Hy-Vee 100% maple syrup
1 tsp. Hy-Vee vanilla extract

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together coconut, oats, flaxseeds, chocolate chips, and M&Ms. Set aside.

  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.

  3. Pour peanut butter mixture over coconut and oat mixture. Fold together until well-combined. Divide mixture into 15 bites; roll to form bites. Serve at room temperature.
