French Toast Sandwiches

|1||Hy-Vee large egg|
|2 tbsp.||Hy-Vee skim milk|
|8 slice(s)||Hy-Vee sandwich bread|
|4 tsp.||Dijon-style mustard, divided|
|½ lbs.||Di Lusso sliced ham, divided|
|4 slice(s)||Hy-Vee Swiss cheese, divided|
- Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.
- In a pie plate, beat together eggs, skim milk and pepper.
- Spread 1 side of each slice of bread with 1/2 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard. Evenly divide sliced ham and Swiss cheese among 4 slices of bread. Top each with remaining slice of bread.
- Briefly dip each sandwich into the egg mixture. Place each sandwich on skillet and cook for 5 minutes. Carefully turn sandwiches over and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
