    1 ½Sriracha sauce
    Double-Decker Club Sandwiches
    6 slice(s)Hy-Vee Bakery Grains of the Earth bread
    1Recipe Flavored Mayonnaise
    8 oz.Hy-Vee Deli roasted sliced turkey
    1medium tomato, sliced
    ½small red onion, sliced
    4 slice(s)Hy-Vee mild Cheddar cheese
    8 oz.Hy-Vee Deli sliced ham
    2 slice(s)Hy-Vee fully-cooked hickory-smoked bacon, cut in half
    2lettuce leaves
    Desired sides, such as: Hy-Vee kosher dill pickle spears, apple slices, and/or grapes

    Directions

    1. Preheat broiler on HIGH. Place a wire rack on a rimmed baking pan. Add bread slices. Stir together ingredients for desired flavor of mayonnaise until well combined. Set aside.

    2. Broil bread 4-inches from heat for 1 to 2 minutes per side or until toasted.

    3. Spread toasted bread slices with desired flavor of mayonnaise; layer turkey, tomato, onion, and cheese on two slices. Place a toasted bread slice, mayonnaise side down, on each stack, then layer with ham, bacon, and lettuce. Top with remaining toast, mayonnaise side down.

    4. Insert picks into sandwiches and cut each in half. Serve with pickles, apple slices, or grapes.
