    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee ground cinnamon, plus additional for garnish
    ¼ tsp. Hy-Vee ground ginger
    1 pinch(es) Hy-Vee ground allspice
    ⅓ c. coffee, hot brewed
    ½ c. Hy-Vee 2% reduced-fat milk, or alternative milk, warmed
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee brown sugar, packed

    • Disposable tea bag or coffee filter
    • 100%-cotton kitchen twine
    • 2 (10-oz. each) mugs
    • Whisk
    • Small bowl

    Directions

    1. Place chai tea bag in hot water. Combine cinnamon, ginger, and allspice in a disposable tea bag or coffee filter; tie together with 100%-cotton kitchen twine. Add to hot water. Allow to steep for 5 minutes. Remove tea bag and spices; discard.

    2. Meanwhile, divide coffee between two 10-oz. mugs.

    3. Whisk warmed milk, and brown sugar together until foamy. Pour tea mixture over coffee in mugs and top with whipped milk mixture. If desired, garnish with additional ground cinnamon.
