    3 c. cooked chicken breast, or rotisserie chicken, shredded
    1 medium stalk celery, finely chopped
    2 green onions, chopped
    1 c. red seedless grapes, halved
    1 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
    3 whole wheat pita breads, halved

    1. Whisk together mayonnaise, yogurt, curry powder and salt in a large bowl. Fold in chicken, celery, onion, grapes and parsley.
    2. Place 1/2 cup chicken salad in each pita bread half.
