|½ c. Hy-Vee panko bread crumbs|
|½ c. Hy-Vee grated Parmesan cheese|
|2 tbsp. no-salt herb seasoning|
|4 large egg whites, beaten|
|12 Hy-Vee chicken wingettes, about 1-1/2 lbs. total|

- Hy-Vee nonstick cooking spray
- 2 large resealable plastic bags
- Meat thermometer
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil; place a wire rack on top of foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large resealable plastic bag, combine panko, Parmesan cheese and herb seasoning. In another resealable plastic bag, place egg whites. Add chicken wings to egg whites, tossing to coat. Working in batches, add egg white-covered wings to crumb mixture, shaking to coat.
Place on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until chicken is tender and internal temperature reaches 180 degrees, turning halfway through baking.
