Description

Steeping a few cranberries in some white wine not only gives it a lovely blush color, but the wine takes a bit of a sweet/tart flavor. Perfect on its own or in cocktails.

1 c.fresh or frozen thawed cranberries

Directions

  1. Add wine and cranberries to a container with a tight-fitting lid. Cover and shake a few times. Let stand at room temperature overnight. Strain before using; discard cranberries.
