1 (30 oz) can Hy-Vee pork and beans | ||
1 (15 oz) can Hy-Vee chili-style beans | ||
1 (18 oz) bottle barbecue sauce, plus additional as needed | ||
1 large onion, diced | ||
1 clove(s) garlic, diced | ||
1 lbs. smoked meat, preferably brisket | ||
1 (16 oz) can Hy-Vee kidney beans, drained and rinsed | ||
1 (15.5 oz) can butter beans, drained and rinsed | ||
1 (15.5 oz) can lima beans, drained and rinsed | ||
1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed | ||
1 (16 oz) can pinto beans, drained and rinsed |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 275 degrees or prepare smoker.
- Combine pork and beans, chili beans, barbecue sauce, onion, garlic and smoked meat in a Dutch oven. Stir in kidney, butter, lima, black and pinto beans.
- Bake or smoke for 2 hours. Stir in additional barbecue sauce, if necessary.
