Strain mixture through several layers of cheese cloth or a fine-mesh strainer. Store in a glass container with a tight fitting lid for up to 2 weeks.
When ready to make cold brew, fill a large glass with ½ cup cold brew and ½ cup cold water. Stir to combine and stir in ice, creamer, and sugar, if desired.
