    1 medium yellow onion, chopped
    4 stalk(s) celery, chopped
    1 (15-oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (14-1/2-oz.) can beef broth
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee chili powder
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee garlic powder
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee paprika
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee ground cumin
    1 (15-oz.) can Hy-Vee kidney beans, drained
    1 c. Coca-Cola
    1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    Hy-Vee salt
    Hy-Vee ground black pepper
    Desired toppers

    Directions

    1. Spray a 3-quart Dutch oven with nonstick cooking spray. Cook beef, onion, and celery over medium-high heat until meat is browned and vegetables are tender; drain. 

    2. Add tomato sauce, beef broth, chili powder, garlic powder, paprika, and cumin to meat mixture; stir well. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 20 minutes while stirring occasionally. 

    3. Stir in beans, Coca-Cola, and hot pepper sauce. Continue to simmer 10 to 15 minutes. Season to taste with salt and black pepper. Garnish as desired. Serve immediately.
