    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9-by-13-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.

    2. Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Remove from heat. Whisk in baking cocoa, sugar and salt. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in flour, baking powder and vanilla. Pour into prepared pan.

    3. Bake 30 minutes or toothpick inserted in the center of brownies comes out nearly clean.
