Chocolate Mint Madness Monster Shake
Show stopping for all the right reasons. Jam packed with mint flavor, add the optional toppings for a fun twist on a classic ice cream shake.

|2 tbsp. fudge sauce|
|Mint chocolate candies, optional|
|4 scoops Hy-Vee mint chip ice cream|
|½ c. Hy-Vee 2% milk|
|Chocolate mint wafers, optional|
|Mint chocolate bars, optional|
|Peppermint patties, optional|
|Hy-Vee Bakery brownies, optional|
|Mint chocolate curls (see recipe), optional|
|Sprinkles and candies, optional|
|Mint creme-filled cookies, optional|
|Hy-Vee chocolate sauce, optional|
- Rim glass with fudge sauce and mint dark chocolate candies, if desired.
- Pour into glass and top with remaining ingredients as toppings, if desired.
- Blend together Hy-Vee mint chip ice cream and 2% milk.
- MINT CHOCOLATE CURLS: Shape nonstick aluminum foil into a container the size and shape of a stick of butter. In a microwave-safe bowl, heat 1/4 cup bittersweet chocolate chips on high for 15 seconds at a time, stirring occasionally, until completely melted. Pour into the aluminum container. In another microwave-safe bowl, heat 1/4 cup mint chocolate chips on high for 15 seconds at a time, stirring occasionally, until completely melted. Pour over bittersweet chocolate in aluminum container. Stir chocolates once or twice with a small spatula to swirl, then place in refrigerator for 2 hours or until completely firm. To form mint chocolate curls, run a vegetable peeler along chocolate bar in long steady strokes.
