    Everyone loves ranch, but what if you made your very own avocado-lime ranch? Drizzle this amazing dressing to add more flavor to the chicken tostadas.

    ½ c. Hy-Vee light sour cream
    ⅓ c. avocado, peeled, pitted, and cubed
    ¼ c. water
    ¼ c. cilantro leaves, packed
    4 tsp. Hy-Vee ranch dressing mix
    1 tbsp. lime juice
    Chicken Tostadas
    8 crunchy corn tostadas
    1 c. Hy-Vee spicy refried beans
    1 ½ c. Hy-Vee rotisserie chicken , shredded
    1 c. shredded Chihuahua cheese, or Hy-Vee shredded mild Cheddar cheese
    1 c. shredded red cabbage
    1 c. pico de gallo
    Lime wedges, for serving

    Directions

    1. Preheat broiler on HIGH. Prepare Avocado-Lime Ranch.

    2. For Avocado-Lime Ranch: Combine Hy-Vee light sour cream, avocado, water, cilantro leaves, ranch dressing, and lime juice in a food processor or blender until smooth; set aside.

    3. Spread tostadas with refried beans. Top with chicken and sprinkle with cheese. Broil 1-2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with cabbage and pico de gallo. Drizzle with Avocado-Ranch and serve with lime wedges.
