    2 c. cherry tomatoes, halved
    1 (8-oz.) pkg. mozzarella pearls, halved
    ¼ c. Gustare Vita balsamic vinegar
    ¾ c. Gustare Vita olive oil
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee salt
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee ground black pepper
    ½ c. fresh basil, chopped

    Directions

    1. Cook pasta according to package directions; cool slightly. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, tomatoes, and mozzarella; set aside.

    2. In a small bowl, add balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper; whisk to combine.

    3. Add dressing to pasta salad and gently stir until well combined. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Stir in fresh chopped basil just before serving.
