Description

Instant coffee and cappuccino gelato are perfect components for jazzing up a frothy dessert drink. Vanilla or coffee ice cream can be substituted for gelato, if desired.

¾ c. cold water
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee sugar
1 tbsp. dark roast instant coffee crystals
½ c. Hy-Vee Select frozen cappuccino gelato
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee skim milk

Directions

  1. Place water, sugar and coffee in a blender. Cover and blend for 30 seconds or until frothy.
  2. Place 2 scoops gelato in a tall glass. Pour coffee mixture over top. Add milk and serve immediately.
