    4 (10-inch) burrito size flour tortillas
    ½ c. prepared reduced-fat ranch salad dressing, divided
    8 oz. Di Lusso honey turkey
    1 tomato, thinly sliced
    1 small cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
    1 avocado, sliced and drizzled with 1 tablespoon lime juice
    1 c. alfalfa sprouts
    1 c. baby spinach leaves or arugula

    Directions

    1. Lay tortillas on a clean surface. Drizzle each tortilla with 1 tablespoon of ranch dressing.
    2. Layer each tortilla with equal amounts of turkey, tomato, cucumber, avocado, alfalfa sprouts and spinach or arugula. Drizzle with the remaining ranch dressing.
    3. Roll up tortillas tightly, cut in half diagonally and secure each half with a wooden pick.
