4 (10-inch) burrito size flour tortillas | ||
½ c. prepared reduced-fat ranch salad dressing, divided | ||
8 oz. Di Lusso honey turkey | ||
1 tomato, thinly sliced | ||
1 small cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced | ||
1 avocado, sliced and drizzled with 1 tablespoon lime juice | ||
1 c. alfalfa sprouts | ||
1 c. baby spinach leaves or arugula |
Directions
- Lay tortillas on a clean surface. Drizzle each tortilla with 1 tablespoon of ranch dressing.
- Layer each tortilla with equal amounts of turkey, tomato, cucumber, avocado, alfalfa sprouts and spinach or arugula. Drizzle with the remaining ranch dressing.
- Roll up tortillas tightly, cut in half diagonally and secure each half with a wooden pick.
