California Turkey Wraps
Servings and Ingredients
|4 (10-inch) burrito size flour tortillas|
|½ c. prepared reduced-fat ranch salad dressing, divided|
|8 oz. Di Lusso honey turkey|
|1 tomato, thinly sliced|
|1 small cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced|
|1 avocado, sliced and drizzled with 1 tablespoon lime juice|
|1 c. alfalfa sprouts|
|1 c. baby spinach leaves or arugula|
- Lay tortillas on a clean surface. Drizzle each tortilla with 1 tablespoon of ranch dressing.
- Layer each tortilla with equal amounts of turkey, tomato, cucumber, avocado, alfalfa sprouts and spinach or arugula. Drizzle with the remaining ranch dressing.
- Roll up tortillas tightly, cut in half diagonally and secure each half with a wooden pick.
