|1 c. Hy-Vee shredded iceberg lettuce|
|6 Hy-Vee cocktail buns|
|6 slice(s) Hy-Vee bacon, cooked and diced|
|1 c. Hy-Vee bleu cheese crumbles|
|Buffalo sauce, to taste|

- Charcoal or gas grill
- Meat thermometer
- Form ground beef into 6 patties. Grill patties until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
- Place shredded lettuce on bottom bun, top with burger patty, diced bacon, bleu cheese crumbles and buffalo sauce, if desired, and top bun.
