Bishop's Chocolate Pie
Servings and Ingredients
|1 ½ c. graham cracker crumbs|
|¼ c. sugar|
|½ c. melted butter|
|1 (3.75 oz) pkg instant chocolate pudding mix|
|2 c. vanilla ice cream|
|2 c. milk|
|1 (3.75 oz) pkg instant vanilla pudding mix|
|whipped cream and shaved chocolate, for garnish|
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter. Press into 9-by-13-inch pan.
- Bake crust at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool.
- Blend together chocolate pudding mix, vanilla pudding mix, ice cream and milk. Pour over crust.
- Store in refrigerator or freezer. Garnish with whipped cream and shaved chocolate at serving time.
