2 (8-oz.) each tubes Hy-Vee original crescent roll dough
1 lbs. Hy-Vee Hickory House dry pulled pork
½ c. barbecue sauce, plus additional for serving
¼ c. Hy-Vee Short Cuts chopped red onions

    Things To Grab

    • Baking sheet
    • Parchment paper
    • Large bowl

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside.

    2. Combine pulled pork, barbecue sauce, and red onions in a large bowl. Set aside.

    3. Separate crescent rolls into 16 triangles. Arrange crescent rolls in a circle on prepared baking sheet so that points of triangles point outward, leaving a 6-inch-diameter circle in the center.

    4. Spoon pork mixture into the centers of each crescent roll. Fold top of each crescent roll over filling and tuck under bottom layer to secure.

    5. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 20 minutes before serving. Serve with additional barbecue sauce.
