|12 oz. Hy-Vee small curd cottage cheese|
|12 cherry tomatoes, roughly chopped|
|3 slice(s) bacon, cooked and crumbled|
|½ c. That's Smart! imitation mozzarella cheese|
|1 to 2 tbsp. fresh basil, roughly chopped|
|Hy-vee salt, to taste|
|Desired garnishes, such as: cooked and crumbled bacon and chopped basil|
