    12 oz. Hy-Vee small curd cottage cheese
    12 cherry tomatoes, roughly chopped
    3 slice(s) bacon, cooked and crumbled
    ½ c. That's Smart! imitation mozzarella cheese
    1 to 2 tbsp. fresh basil, roughly chopped
    Hy-vee salt, to taste
    Desired garnishes, such as: cooked and crumbled bacon and chopped basil

    Directions

    1. In a blender, pulse cottage cheese until smooth.

    2. Transfer cottage cheese to a bowl and stir in tomatoes, bacon, mozzarella cheese, basil, and salt, to taste.

    3. Chill dip at least 1 hour before serving.

    4. Garnish dip with additional cooked and crumbled bacon and chopped basil, if desired.
