2 ½ c. chow mein noodles | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee whole cashews | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee margarine, melted | ||
3 tbsp. Hy-Vee soy sauce | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee garlic powder |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
- Combine shredded wheat, chow mein noodles and cashews in a greased 9-by-13-inch baking dish.
- In a small mixing bowl, stir together margarine, soy sauce and garlic powder.
- Pour margarine mixture over cereal mixture; stir to coat evenly.
- Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes.
- Pour onto waxed paper to cool. Store in airtight container.
