    4 tbsp. Hy-Vee salted butter
    1 (6-oz.) pkg. Hy-Vee turkey stuffing mix
    1 c. red apple, cored and chopped
    1 c. Hy-Vee Short Cuts Brussels sprouts, shredded

    Directions

    1. Add water, apple juice, and butter to a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in stuffing mix, chopped apples, and shredded Brussels sprouts. Cover and let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork before serving.
