1burrito-sized whole wheat flour tortilla
¼ c.fresh spinach
2 tbsp.shredded carrot
1 tbsp.Hy-Vee Select feta cheese crumbles
¼ c.red bell pepper, seeded and cut into strips

  • Butter knife for spreading

Directions

  1. Spread hummus on center of tortilla. Top with spinach, carrot, feta, and bell pepper strips.

  2. Fold in sides of tortilla and roll tightly.
