Combine egg, maple syrup, milk, cinnamon and salt in prepared mug. Tear bread into bite-size pieces. Add bread to mug, pressing with a spoon to submerge pieces into egg mixture.
Microwave on HIGH at 30-second intervals for 1-1/2 to 2 minutes or until done (165 degrees). Serve topped with banana slices, orange segments and a drizzle of honey, if desired.
