|1 (32-oz.) carton Hy-Vee beef broth|
|1 tsp. Hy-Vee onion powder|
|½ tsp. Hy-Vee instant beef bouillon granules|
|2 lbs. Di Lusso choice sliced roast beef|
|6 Hy-Vee Bakery hoagie buns|
|3 tbsp. Hy-Vee unsalted butter, softened and divided|
|6 slice(s) Di Lusso Swiss cheese, halved diagonally|

Meanwhile, split hoagie buns; spread each bun with 1/2 tablespoon butter. Place buns, buttered sides up, on a baking sheet. Broil 5-inches from heat for 30 to 60 seconds or until toasted.
To serve, remove beef from broth with a slotted spoon and place in buns. Top with halved slices of Swiss cheese. Ladle broth into small bowls for dipping.
