Quit smoking for good. Hy-Vee's Quit for Good program is lead by a trained pharmacist with medication incorporated into the program. Each program is six sessions and includes class materials as well as access to a Hy-Vee Dietitian. The cost is $150 per participant; however, some employers will pay the enrollment fee or reimburse employees. 

During this 10-week group or individual class with a registered dietitian, you can learn to control hunger and prepare healthy foods. Many participants have been able to lower blood pressure, lower cholesterol or triglycerides, lower blood sugars levels, and get more active. Hy-Vee offers a fun and FREE way to exercise anywhere and everywhere. Hy-Vee KidsFit is a free online personal training and nutrition program for children and families.
