Hy-Vee Fuel Saver + Perks^® (“Program”) Terms and Conditions

1. This is a free membership; there is no purchase necessary to join.
2. Program rewards may be in the form of (a) discounts on fuel, (b) discounts on one or more product(s) and/or service(s), (c) free product(s) and/or service(s) and/or (d) sweepstakes entry(ies).
3. All earned rewards expire 30 days from date of purchase of each fuel discount. All Program perks expire upon notified expiration date.
4. You must be at least 14 years of age to participate in the Program.
5. Discounted fuel cannot exceed 20 gallons each redemption transaction.
6. Fuel discount rewards may only be redeemed on one vehicle per each redemption transaction.
7. Fuel discount rewards shall not reduce the price below a minimum per-gallon price ranging between $0.019 and $0.109 depending on the type of fuel dispenser being used.
8. If fuel discount rewards earned exceed the current price per gallon of fuel minus $0.019 to $0.109 per gallon, the remaining earned discount reward will roll over and be available for use on a future redemption transaction prior to expiration 30 days from date of purchase of each fuel discount.
9. Fuel discount rewards earned will print on Hy-Vee receipt.
10. Program rewards cannot be redeemed for cash.
11. Fuel discount rewards earned may be used only in conjunction with gasoline or diesel fuel purchases at Hy-Vee Gas or participating Casey's, Shell or KwikTrip stations.
12. Program rewards earned cannot be transferred from one Program card to another.
13. Hy-Vee reserves the right to refuse service or cancel Program member's Program membership at any time and without notice.
14. Hy-Vee reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time and without notice.
15. This Program is not valid where prohibited by law.
16. Must be a member of the Program to receive Program rewards.
17. To report a lost or stolen Program card please contact [email protected] or 800-232-2580. Hy-Vee is not responsible for lost or stolen Program cards.

19. Purchase restrictions: alcohol, tobacco, fuel, price-controlled milk products, kerosene, insurance or any other third-party payments for prescription drugs or other products or services, co-pays and deductibles for government-funded benefit programs(where prohibited), postage stamps, lottery tickets, money orders, money transfers, pre-paid debit card, gift-card purchases, amusement or entertainment tickets, fundraising activities (script program), donations, taxes, returned check service fee, Joe Fresh clothing and accessories, and items prohibited by law.
20. Program card users must provide required information to activate Program card. Program cardholders may earn Program rewards prior to activation, but Program rewards may not be redeemed until Program card is activated. However, Program members who are provided a new Program card may continue to redeem fuel discount rewards without activation, provided that Program rewards other than fuel discount rewards will not be available to be redeemed until new Program card is activated.
21. Entry into any sweepstakes open to Program participants may require activation of Program card but do not require purchase of any product or service. See applicable sweepstakes rules for more information.

Fuel Restrictions

• Discounts expire 30 days from the date of purchase of each Fuel Saver + Perks^® item. For example, fuel discounts earned on September 3 expire on October 3 at 11:59:59 p.m. local time.
• Discounts shall not reduce the price below a minimum per-gallon price ranging between $0.019 and $0.109 depending on the type of fuel dispenser being used.
• If discount earned exceeds the current price per gallon of fuel minus $0.019 to $0.109 per gallon, the remaining earned fuel discount will roll over and be available for use on a future redemption transaction prior to expiration 30 days from the date of purchase of each Fuel Saver + Perks^® item.
• Fuel discounts may only be used on one vehicle and may not exceed 20 gallons per redemption transaction.
