Chef Karen has been cooking since she was a teenager, and finally decided to pursue her passion, graduating from Hennepin Technical College with a culinary arts degree in 1999. Since then she has enjoyed an illustrious culinary career. Chef Karen has had a variety of positions from pastry chef to personal chef, owning her own business “How Sweet it Is” for over 10 years.
