Tim Soucie, chef at Macomb Hy-Vee, earned his Associate's Degree in culinary arts at Robert Morris College in 2005. Tim enjoys preparing all kinds of dishes but specializes in grilling beef, pork and poultry. His love for simple and delicious comfort food is evident when he prepares some of his favorite dishes such as macaroni-and-cheese, pizza or pork chops on the grill.
