Goose Island Dinner in the Market Grille

 $25.00 per guest.

The Market Grille is holding their first group dinner with Goose Island Beer Company! Featuring 4 courses that are strategically paired with one of Goose Island's signature beers. Including: Sofie, Matilda, India Pale Ale, and Festivity Ale. All food is prepared and planned by our award-winning Executive Chef, Chef Dylan Caryl. The evening begins at 6 p.m. and will last until 8 p.m. All guests are encouraged to stay as long as they would like!

Our featured entrees are as follows:

First -

Beer: Sofie

Cheese plate filled with St. Andre Brie, candied nuts, dried fruit, and prosciutto.

Second -

Beer: Matilda

Entree: Strawberries, candied pecan kale and spinach salad tossed with vinaigrette.

Third -

Beer: India Pale Ale

Pan seared pork tenderloin medallions with India Pale Ale pan sauce, served over garlic mashed potatoes.

Fourth -

Beer: Festivity Ale

Vanilla gelato topped with pumpkin seed brittle and Festivity Ale chocolate sauce.
