Come for an evening with Chef Joel and Dietitian Kara as you enjoy a comforting and delicious three-course winter dinner, including Puree of White Bean with Sage and Garlic Confit, Wild Mushroom and Goat Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breast with Wheat Berry Pilaf and Roasted Brussel Sprouts, and Fig Bites with Raspberry Sauce. During the meal, learn nutrition tips and how to create the meal at home during a cooking demonstration presented by Dietitian Kara & Chef Joel in the Market Grille.
