Join your Fitchburg dietitian Kacie for this month's second Simple Fix Freezer Meal Prep Class in collaboration with Wisconsin Pork. You will assemble the meals and leave with five meals ready to use or freeze until you need them. All meals will come with cooking instructions. Each recipe is Dietitian-Approved and will serve a family of four!

All participants will get a FREE meat thermometer, courtesy of Wisconsin Pork Association.

 Recipes include:

- BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches

- Grilled Pork Chops with Relish

- Cuban Pork

- Thai-Style Pork Stew

- Marinated Pork Tenderloin

 - Cost of class is $100.00 plus tax and can be paid at the end of class. Let dietitian Kacie know of any food allergies. Bring your own reusable cooler bag or use paper/plastic bags available on-site!
