Join us for a kids cooking class! This month's theme with be heart health! Kids will participate in making Valentine's-influenced foods that are good for your heart. Recipes for this month are Fit-For-You Bars, Homemade Granola, a Valentine's Day Parfait and a Sweetheart Smoothie.
The class lasts one hour and parents of children over 6 years of age are free to shop while their children cook. Parents with younger children are required to stay and help their little ones.
