Dietitian & Chef Cooking Demonstration with Dinner

Enjoy an evening with your Hy-Vee chef and dietitian with an exceptional three-course meal. While enjoying the meal, learn how to make it at home with nutrition and cooking tips provided by your in-store dietitian, Kara, and Market Grille executive chef, Aaron.

Menu will include a Winter Fruit Salad with Lemon Poppy Seed Dressing, Roasted Butternut Squash with Creamy Risotto and Grouper, and Chewy Oat Bar with Cran-Apple Compote. This meal is gluten-free and can be accommodated for vegetarians.

Cost is $15 per plate. Please complete online registration to reserve your spot in the Market Grille. Space is limited to 20.
