It’s a new year and if you’re making health goals, your grocery store is your best tool for success. Throughout the month of January, dietitian Adrienne will show you healthier choices in each department. Each week, we’ll tour a different department and go in-depth about label reading and the health benefits of the recommended foods. You’ll leave with tips for simple ways to add healthier foods into your weekly routine.
Each week when you attend, you’ll receive a coupon for 10% off your groceries. If you attend all 4 tours, you’ll receive 50 cents on your Fuel Saver + Perks card after the last tour! No charge to attend the tours.
