Your Hy-Vee dietitian can give you the information you need and show you the foods you can choose to improve your health. You do need to fast for 9 to 10 hours before this test. That means no food or calorie-containing beverages. Do drink water so you are hydrated. Screening takes about 20 minutes. You will leave with your printed results.
