Free screenings will take place between 7 a.m. and 11 a.m. The screening includes total cholesterol, LDL, HDL, triglycerides, blood sugar, blood pressure, waist circumference, height and weight.
You must be fasting to receive a screening - only water is allowed for 10-12 hours prior to your screening. Each screening takes about 15 minutes.
No reservations available - FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED!!
Screenings will take place outside on our Hy-Vee Healthy You Mobile.
