Join Kristi, your Manhattan Hy-Vee Dietitian, for a "Build Your Own Lunchbox" activity! Kids will get to select healthy options from each food group in order to build their own fun, healthy lunch! Examples include yogurt, carrots, apples, milk, crackers, sandwich thins, pita pockets, deli turkey, beef sticks, snap peas, oranges and much more! Special sponsors include Beanitos, Justin's Almond Butter, Sunbutter, Made Good Bars, and Hint Water for Kids.
Cost for each lunchbox will be $5.00.
No age limitation - this event is for both children and adults alike!
Come and go from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.; make as many lunches as you would like.
Event will take place at the front of the store, in the produce department.
