Sake Dinner

This is a five-course event you certainly will not want to miss. Join Chef Bob Allen and Ann Loots from Republic National Distributing for our first-ever Sake Dinner. Your first course will be Fresh Melon Sorbet paired with Black and Gold Sake, followed by Thai Curry Short Rib Lettuce Wraps with Pineapple Salsa and Peanut Sauce paired with Nigori Sake. For your third course of the evening, Chef Bob will have you dining on Mango Tuna Tartare paired with Zipang Sparkling Sake. Although you may be getting full, this pair is not done yet. For your fourth course, Chinese Lobster and Crab Steamed Rolls with Cucumber Salad paired with Horin Sake and for dessert, Honey, Fig and Blue Cheese Soufflé paired with Kobai Plum Sake.

Participants must be 21 years of age or older to register for this class with wine.

Pre-registration and pre-payment are required in the Wine and Spirits Department.

Time: Doors open at 6:00 p.m. Dinner is served at 6:30 p.m.

Cost: $35 (must be registered by Monday, May 5th), $40 (if registered after Monday, May 5th)
